We offer FREE UK Tracked Shipping (Incl Northern Ireland) on orders over £50 or more using the best available courier service.
We aim to dispatch all orders same-day provided you place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday (Dispatch times may vary during busy periods and excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Standard Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email and text providing you with the tracking number of your parcel and also the tracking link to view the tracking information. Please make sure that you provide your correct email address and contact number otherwise you will not receive notifications. On rare occasions, our emails are filtered into your Junk or Spam Folder by your email provider so please check this folder before contacting us for any delivery queries.
Should you not be home to take delivery of your parcel, our couriers will leave a card to re-arrange a re-delivery date or convenient pick-up collection.
Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be changed if your order has already been dispatched.
All of the following postcodes will be offered a 2-5 working day service with Royal Mail.

There are rare occasions when there is a problem with delivery. If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date, you MUST inform us at contactus@probuildsupplements within 10 days so we can investigate with the relevant courier immediately. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to remedy the problem which may include a refund or reshipment of your order.
If your goods arrive damaged, you MUST inform us at contactus@probuildsupplements within 24 HOURS so we can inform the relevant courier immediately and initiate the investigation. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to replace your damaged products.

We aim to deal with any return and refund efficiently and swiftly and we need your help to do that. Here’s what we need from you and what you can expect from us:
Returns
You have the right to return goods any time up to 30 days after receiving them. We do not accept returns after this period. This is on the understanding that you send goods back to us unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Goods must be returned in full. We cannot offer refunds where part packs are returned. Refunds will not be offered until the goods have arrived back on our premises in their original condition.
Refunds
A full refund will be offered if you have returned the goods back to us in the condition as described above.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged or defective goods the following process will be required:
If damaged on delivery the goods must be signed for as “damaged”. If goods are signed for as being “unchecked” a refund or replacement will not be offered. If the goods appear to be faulty on usage you will be required to send a sample of the product back to us at your own cost, for our evaluation. Should it be evident that a fault is present a replacement or refund will be offered. If we cannot determine the fault, the sample product will be sent on to the manufacturer for their evaluation. Only when a report has been received back from the manufacturer will we confirm if a replacement or refund is applicable.
