At Probuild Supplements we pride ourselves on offering discreet securely packaged and well presented products.
We aim to deal with any return and refund efficiently and swiftly and we need your help to do that. Here’s what we need from you and what you can expect from us:
Returns & Refunds
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you may return any unused and unopened item within 14 days of delivery.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and inspected to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. We cannot offer refunds where part packs are returned. Please note that refunds will be issued minus our original shipping costs and any applicable payment processing fees.
Failed Delivery
If your parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed (for example, if no one was available to receive it and no collection or redelivery was arranged), we will refund the cost of the items returned minus our original postage costs and any applicable payment processing fees.
Incorrect or Missing Items
We strive to ensure every order is packed accurately, but on the rare occasion an error may occur, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you have received the wrong item or believe an item is missing, please provide clear photographic evidence of the products and packaging. This will allow us to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where we have sent an incorrect item, we will request the return and dispatch the correct product once the issue has been verified.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check their order upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for missing or incorrect items reported more than 48 hours after the parcel has been delivered.
Damaged or Faulty
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged or faulty goods, the following process will be required:
If damaged on delivery the goods must be signed for as “damaged”. If goods are signed for as being “unchecked” a refund or replacement will not be offered.
