RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
At Probuild Supplements we pride ourselves on offering securely packaged and well presented products.
We aim to deal with any return and refund efficiently and swiftly and we need your help to do that. Here’s what we need from you and what you can expect from us:
You have the right to return goods any time up to 30 days after receiving them. We do not accept returns after this period. This is on the understanding that you send goods back to us unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Goods must be returned in full. We cannot offer refunds where part packs are returned. Refunds will not be offered until the goods have arrived back on our premises in their original condition.
A full refund will be offered if you have returned the goods back to us in the condition as described above. If you have ordered the wrong size or flavour for example and we are able to accept this back into stock, we will refund for the full value of the product minus the original carriage charge.
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged or defective goods the following process will be required:
If damaged on delivery the goods must be signed for as “damaged”. If goods are signed for as being “unchecked” a refund or replacement will not be offered. If the goods appear to be faulty on usage you will be required to send a sample of the product back to us at your own cost, for our evaluation. Should it be evident that a fault is present a replacement or refund will be offered. If we cannot determine the fault, the sample product will be sent on to the manufacturer for their evaluation. Only when a report has been received back from the manufacturer will we confirm if a replacement or refund is applicable.
