All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For including standard rate. This is an insured and tracked service aiming to deliver your order the next working day but can take between 1-3 working days to arrive. Please note arrival times may vary depending on your location.

We will send notification to confirm despatch of your order and also provide tracking information to ensure safe receipt. We can send this to you either by email or SMS depending on your preferred method at checkout.

It is your responsibility to check to ensure that any products you purchase from us are legal for personal use in your country of residence. Probuild Supplements accepts no responsibility for packages seized or confiscated by customs or other border agencies and no replacements or refunds will be sent for seized orders.


If no-one is home to take the delivery, the courier should leave you a 'while you were out' card. There are, however, rare cases when the driver may forget to leave a calling card. If you have not received your delivery within 5 days of despatch please contact us and we will investigate this.

Please do not ask us to leave a package outside when you are not likely to be home, someone must be available to accept the delivery.

It may happen that an item is out of stock but still visible on our website. In this rare case, we reserve the right to contact the buyer immediately and offer a solution. In most cases the item becomes available very soon.

In the event that the buyer prefers not to wait or accept an alternative item, we will gladly issue a full refund for the total amount of the original transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction where a user may have submitted incorrect or fraudulent information.


By Placing your order with us, you accept and fully agree to the terms listed above.


In the unlikely event that you need to return, simply contact us with your order number to arrange a return and we can arrange for you to send your item to our returns centre for fast processing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if this is not in place.

Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
